• Prior top law firm and in-house experience;
  • At least 6 years advising tech companies regarding domestic and international employment law;
  • Strong command of WA and/or CA labor law.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively while providing practical counsel to HR and business.
  • Have a passion for improvement.
  • A dynamic personality with a can-do attitude;
  • A JD from a top-tier law school and must be a member in good standing with the Washington and/or California State Bar (RHIC status is not accepted at this time).
