We are looking for a US-based HR Director to join the growing Kenshoo team. The HR Director will be responsible for the personnel activity within the organization from both an operational and strategic perspective.The primarily goals of this position are to help leadership align organizational and people capabilities with the business strategy and needs, maximize the employee experience, and drive a robust organizational climate to attract, develop and retain the right talent. The HR Director will be a member of the Global HR Leadership team and will report to the VP of Global HR, based in Israel and will work closely to support the senior leadership team and other department heads.


  • Support recruitment throughout the region
  • Support HR for the region by representing company wide people and culture philosophies and priorities
  • Develop and implement an annual agenda for HR strategy in-line with the business plan and the global HR plan
  • Ensure HR plans support the needs of the business but are also flexible enough to cope with changes in the organization
  • Drive people processes and ensure compliance to global practices and policies
  • Provide information and reports on data such as: staff turnover, references, cost per hire, training hours per person, etc.

  • Ensure data accuracy and leverage information to create deep insights and facilitate decisions
  • Maximize the employee experience and facilitate organizations enhancement plans
  • Drive talent strategy including people, HiPo, and manager development programs in partnership with the corporate as well as independent programs
  • Support organizational change-management projects, communications, and transition plans
  • Serve as a point of escalation to all performance or grievance issues in a legally compliant and professional way


  • Previous experience working in a global Human Resources team
  • Previous experience with and impact on senior managers to build strong relationships and drive an HR strategy
  • Experience working in complex, matrixed and global environments
  • Act as a role model and source of knowledge for the organization beyond own team
  • Works with others in a collaborative and solutions focused manner to achieve win-win outcomes
  • Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing conditions and generate effective and pragmatic solutions to new situations and problems as they are presented
  • Ability to inspire confidence in senior leadership and other managers through timely delivery of information and plans, working independently of senior leadership, but consulting when appropriate
  • Familiarity with best practices for people processes and experience in coaching managers through these processes and leading these practices when necessary
  • Business acumenoverall understanding of company finances and how to use this information to push back and support managers in resource and succession planning
  • Ability to solve problems both operational and strategic issues through a pragmatic approach
  • Effectively plan ahead to anticipate problems, plans for worst-case and best-case scenarios
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Willingness to travel
