About the Role:

Chartboost is the go-to business for mobile developers. Developer Relations is a critical part of the Chartboost vision and build on our position as leaders in a fast-paced and innovative industry. Your role is to manage a book of business and to grow and manage advertiser and publisher partnerships. You will partner closely with leadership and your team to ensure collaboration with the goal of managing advertiser and publisher partners closely and up-selling Chartboost products and features effectively. This is a job for someone who is a do-er. You thrive in a collaborative and energetic environment. You have accomplishments under your belt and the ability to organize and drive.

Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • 2-4 years Account Management or Customer Relations experience; preferably within the mobile or advertising industry
  • A startup mentality:
    you know how to stretch a dollar to grow our existing clients, negotiating and closing new deals with them
  • Organized and methodical with phenomenal communication skills and a consultative approach in addressing client needs
  • You are very comfortable with Excel.

    You can create pivot tables in your sleep

  • Understand the clients business goals, anticipate future needs, and help determine ideal and creative solutions
  • Manage the client expectations at all levels, while attending and directing client meetings, demonstrating a consultative approach in addressing client needs
  • Leverage Chartboosts extensive suite of tools into actionable insights aimed at improving advertiser and publisher performance
  • You are not an engineer, but you know what API, SDK, and CSS stand for
  • You know how to prioritize and triage accordingly
  • You love learning, you love helping people, and you want to get help clients fall in love with Chartboost
