The Part Time Front Desk Administrative Assistant will be responsible for general office and front desk operations as well as supporting our internal shipping team and accounting. This is an excellent opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the mortgage lending business. Many employees who have held this position in the past are now in other operational roles within the company.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Front desk greeter of guests
  • Office management and administrative support
  • Timley Mail Management
  • Oversee the regular catered food events
  • Assist with team events, office decor, tasty treats and all facets of employee experience
  • Be a host & a central resource for both guests and employees alike
  • Work closely with the other Parkside Lending sites and departments to help in operations and accounting
  • Maintain a space that is inspiring, productive, welcoming and uniquely Parkside
  • Maintain organizational systems to reduce clutter in the office
  • Ensure that meeting spaces are equipped and usable throughout the day
  • Be responsive to employee requests covering office supplies and minor facilities needs
  • Travel/Concur Administrator & Specialist


  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a fast moving, dynamic, office management/front desk role that required general everyday office operations
  • You know how to combine excellent communication and interpersonal skills in your day-to-day job
  • Youre a natural host and always seek ways to support others. You enjoy putting together experiences for others -- planning through execution and even clean up!

  • Strong attention to detail and excited to learn new things
