We are looking for a Head of Content to play a leadership role in developing content strategy for a variety of digital products including Uber.com, a blog and marketing needs. The Head of Content will work closely with the Strategy, Brand, and Product teams and across the organization overall. You will be responsible for delivering strategic UX and marketing content, charting the creation of emotionally engaging, inspiring, & data-driven content and experiences for riders and drivers and building and leading a team of content strategists, and copywriters, and content marketers.

Lead engagement through effective storytellingDrive a web content roadmap that considers the objectives and needs of Product, Marketing, and Brand teamsProvide guidance on content strategy with respect for architecting the core websiteBuild a scalable content marketing engine that balances brand, quality, customer needs and acquisitionLead the editorial team to ensure it is maintaining the editorial voice, meets and exceeds our customers expectations, and answers the core questions people haveAnalyze content performance and use insights to produce better contentDevelop and maintain brand voice and brand style guideWork highly collaboratively with SEO and share measurable KPIs for organic traffic generationAdvocate for writing and design that supports the content and the user across the organization.
