Position: Account Manager / New Business Development - (IT Services / Consulting / Staffing) Location: Remote - to cover San Francisco, CA; San Jose, CA; Seattle, WA - (Candidates in San Francisco Bay area will be given a preference) The Account Manager / New Business Developer is responsible for driving the full life-cycle sales process for the Strategic Staffing by identifying and securing new business opportunities and managing and penetrating existing relationships.This position is responsible for opportunity creation through business development activities, qualifying and driving revenue by closing opportunities and on larger engagements by teaming with regional experts.Ideal candidate must be from Recruitment / Staffing or IT Consulting industry, with minimum 8+ years of experience in Account Management / Client services in IT Consulting.

Needed Experience/ Skills:

10+ Years overall experience A seasoned Account Manager / New Business Developer must have good Experience in Client Management and must have an individual track record of minimum $4 to $7 million in sales.Define and implement strategies to Develop and sustain effective new business relationships with existing and new clients.Must have working experience with Direct Clients, MSP/VMS & Implementation Partners.Must be able to Directly interact with Clients technical panel for requirements gathering, Submittals, interview follow-ups.Must have good negotiation skills.

Experience in managing Medium to large offshore Recruitment teams.Any experience with Technical background with Management studies would be an added advantage.Must have good communication (Written & oral), team building, Leadership, presentation skills.
